Development of high specific energy lithium battery modules based on mechanical testing and simulation technology
As a mature power product in the modern energy storage industry
the development of battery modules for lithium batteries has always been a hot topic in the industry. This article provides a research review on the development technology of high specific energy lithium battery modules. Firstly
review the research progress of lithium batteries
including battery structure and working principle. Then
introduce the technical process related to the development and testing of lithium battery modules
including mechanical testing methods and corresponding simulation development techniques. It has been proven that the development of lithium battery modules needs to focus on core requirements such as energy
structural strength
thermal energy
pressure
and electrical safety. By combining mechanical testing and simulation technology
the performance of battery modules can be effectively improved.
