the coordinated operation of multi-microgrids and energy storage distribution networks in the new-type power system has become a key link in the low-carbon transition. However
traditional scheduling ignores carbon constraints and multi-agent coordination
making it difficult to balance economy
low-carbon performance
and reliability. Focusing on the core needs of electrical-carbon coupled scheduling
this paper proposes a hierarchical collaborative scheduling strategy by analyzing the system structure and challenges encountered during scheduling. The strategy framework is constructed from three aspects: carbon signal guidance
hierarchical control of energy storage
and interest coordination among multi-microgrids
providing a reference for the scheduling practice of the new-type power system.
