锂离子电池正极材料产业化技术进展

摘要: 本文针对商业化锂离子电池正极材料,介绍了钴酸锂、镍钴锰三元材料、尖晶石锰酸锂、磷酸铁锂等正极材料的优缺点、市场现状,以及我国正极材料的技术和产业现状。对行业存在的共性问题,如产品品质差,技术实力不足进行了分析。展望了产业未来发展趋势,并提出了增加技术投入、加强产学研协同和高端装备应用等建议。

Abstract: The technology progress of cathode materials for lithium batteries, such as LiCoO2, LiNixCoyMnzO2, LiMn2O4 and LiFePO4, is reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages, market status of different cathode materials are introduced. The common problems including poor product quality and shortage of R&D inputs in the current cathode materials industry are analyzed. Increasing R&D investment, enchancing industry-academic collaboration and application of advanced equipment are suggested as solution proposal. The future prospect of the cathode materials industry is predicted according to our knowledge.
