Patent analysis of lithium-sulfur battery technology in China

摘要: 利用合享新创科技创新情报平台(incoPat),通过对我国锂硫电池技术领域的专利进行分析,揭示该技术领域当前的专利活动特点,为我国在该领域的科技创新和产业化提供参考。从专利申请趋势、专利申请人国别及专利布局、主要专利申请人、申请人类型构成、主要申请人专利价值、专利主要技术领域分布、专利技术结构分析等方面,分析了我国锂硫电池技术的整体专利态势;在此基础上,对在华重要申请人的专利布局和技术路线进行了重点深入分析。基于上述分析结果,建议中国未来锂硫电池专利应该切实提高申请质量,并在全球广泛进行布局。

Abstract:

In order to provide advices about technology innovation and industrialization of lithium-sulfur battery for our country, relevant patents applied in China were retrieved from the incoPat platform. The patent profiles were then analyzed with respect to application trend, countries of applicants, main applicants, types of applicants, patent values of main applicants, technical distribution of patents and technical structure of patents. Subsequently, patent portfolio and technical route of important foreign applicants were specifically addressed. Based on the analysis, advices with respect to R&D, patent application and protection of lithium-sulfur battery technology were lay out.
